Return Policy

Thank you for visiting our online store where we are the largest online supplier of Magma barbeques and replacement parts.

Magma Barbeque is happy to return damaged products or products that were shipped in error.  However since everything is shipped to the customer, returns are not always the best solution to a problem.

If you have an item you want to return, send an e-mail to or call Halling Enterprises at (562) 594-8265 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time and request a Returned Goods Authorization.

To obtain a Return Goods Authorization you need to explain the problem and the reason for the return.  We will either give you instructions on how to solve the problem or authorize your return.

All Returned Goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will pay for the return shipping.  If we determine the reason for the return is a result of our mistake, we will waive the restocking fee.  Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.

All returns / exchanges must be in the original package and include all the parts originally shipped.  Any exceptions must be approved at the time the Returned Goods Authorization is obtained. 

Any goods that are returned without an authorized Returned Goods Authorization will only be given store credit towards future purchases. The 25% restocking fee will apply.
